I have been a real estate agent for 19 years bringing with me a lifetime of knowledge about the Ithaca area. I was raised in Ithaca, growing up on Cayuga Lake and attending Ithaca Public Schools. I left for college and a business management career but eventually found myself back in this region that I love and have always called home.

I am consistently ranked as a top producing agent within our local board which has an approximate membership of 220 real estate professionals. I set high expectations for myself and I can assure you that I will work hard for you to make the real estate process as smooth as possible.

I have an energetic personality and love meeting new people which is a perfect fit for real estate because building relationships and fostering connections are important aspects in helping my clients succeed.

I pride myself on being an expert in lakefront properties, but I am proficient in all types of real estate transactions. I have helped clients succeed at both ends of the real estate spectrum; from helping buyers find the right starter home to selling multi-million-dollar properties.

The newest team member on the Kate Seaman Team - Eric joined in 2020. In a service-focused job, Eric doesn’t believe in a one size fits all method, but rather a customized approach based on individual client needs.  At the core of Eric’s client-focused approach is a very simple idea: make your customers happy.  It was this strategy that earned him success with his restaurants and a guiding principal of how he works with real estate clients. Each client brings their own unique experience and perspective and Eric’s belief is to cultivate strong personal relationships to deliver on expectations and make his clients happy.
