Sam Hale

Sam joined the the Kate Seaman Team in 2018. Sam’s path to real estate wove through many industries, from catering and food service, to making concrete counter-tops, owning a screen-printing business, and recently working at Ithaca Beer as Head of Logistics.

From each place he gained valuable skills to utilize for his clients. Sam's ability to empathize with clients regarding home buying or selling decisions makes him a true asset when seeking advice.

Leslie Morris

Joining the Kate Seaman team in 2020, Leslie has hit the ground running in her career. A recently licensed agent, she has lived and worked in the Finger Lakes for over 30 years. She has always been interested in real estate – flipping numerous houses, owning rental properties, operating a short-term rental, and building a custom 4200 sq ft home overlooking Seneca Lake.

Working as a marketing and communications professional locally in higher education for most of her career makes her an expert in marketing your home!

The newest team member on the Kate Seaman Team - Eric joined in 2020. In a service-focused job, Eric doesn’t believe in a one size fits all method, but rather a customized approach based on individual client needs.  At the core of Eric’s client-focused approach is a very simple idea: make your customers happy.  It was this strategy that earned him success with his restaurants and a guiding principal of how he works with real estate clients. Each client brings their own unique experience and perspective and Eric’s belief is to cultivate strong personal relationships to deliver on expectations and make his clients happy.
