I provide tips for changes (mostly small, like de-cluttering or painting) that you can make to your home that will help to maximize its appeal to potential buyers. It is highly likely that the first place buyers will see your home will be online. Therefore, the pictures that I take of your home must draw people in and peak their interest so that they will visit in person. This short article about listing photos supports that staging advice that I will give you.
